Our scholarships are aligned with the ARC Discovery Indigenous scheme.
Food science
You’re eligible if you’re:
- assessing plant material sourced from traditional custodian communities for nutritional and culinary properties to develop new bushfood products
- working across all product development stages to ensure traditional custodian communities retain commercial benefit.

Plant propagation and production systems
You’re eligible if you’re:
- taxonomically identifying and mapping the plants participating Traditional Custodian communities have identified to gain insight into natural growth habits and reproduction strategies
- combining this information with Indigenous Traditional Knowledge to develop propagation protocols and horticultural practices that enhance desirable plant characteristics for bushfood or ornamental horticulture.

Indigenous Knowledge blockchain
You’re eligible if you’re:
- developing an Indigenous Knowledge blockchain that provides transparency and security for the Knowledge used to develop new food products from Indigenous plants
- working with Indigenous Communities and applying your business and IT knowledge.
