The research project aims to model a cooperative that can support improving the performance of the indigenous-led native food value chains. We intend to use systems thinking to identify the factors that affect the performance of the native food value chain- competitiveness and market accessibility. We expect the study outputs will support the indigenous food enterprises in their future decision-making to develop the native food industry.
