Encouraging Youth Involvement in Agriculture and Agribusiness: A Case in Brunei Darussalam
This project aims to address issues the problem of how Bruneian youth should be integrated into agricultural sector. In addressing this issue, systems thinking and modelling will be used to identify the dynamic complexities and development points of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the agricultural sector of Brunei. By taking this approach, the right mix policies and strategies that meet the needs and aspiration of youth can be developed and increase their effective participation in agricultural sector, while simultaneously improving agricultural development, food security, and youth employment in Brunei Darussalam.
